Hi, I’m Marianne, and I’m an insights strategist and organisational consultant. I co-founded Mint Research in 2015, and I design and implement quantitative and qualitative market and social research studies that generate findings to comprehensively address business objectives.

The essence of my work is understanding people - be that stakeholders, users, customers, staff. This is important, as human data can be used to develop brands and measure successes. My main areas of focus include developing and testing communications, assessing product and service demand, measuring and optimising customer experience, product and packaging development, studying satisfaction and loyalty, and evaluating successes and challenges of programs, campaigns and products.

As a leading experienced researcher and insights strategist in Adelaide, I partner with and bring together teams of other consultants at the top of their fields, to design and carry out bespoke research to suit each individual project’s needs. I can work in close partnership with your team, but you can also feel confident to pass your objectives to me and I’ll manage the entire process and comprehensively debrief you on the outcomes at the finale.

My point of difference is designing unique and considered studies, and analysing findings in a non-linear way. I move past superficiality to squeeze every insight out of any data, extracting and highlighting the central and at times, hidden meaning.
